Hey there!
I’m Jess, and I’m excited to welcome you to Honor the Body Pilates, your new sanctuary for mindful movement.
My Pilates journey began after I experienced a back injury that paused my corporate career. I had a very sedentary lifestyle sitting hours in front of a computer and lacked complete body awareness.
Practicing Pilates was transformative—I strengthened my core, improved my posture, found relief from back pain, and gained significant body confidence. I am a comprehensive Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, trained in (Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels and teach all levels from Essential, Intermediate to Advanced Exercises).
My goal is to help you and our community build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance body awareness and confidence through group classes and private sessions.
I’m also a mother and a SoCal native who enjoys hiking local trails, experimenting with Korean fusion recipes, and hanging out with my poodle-mix pups, Hazel and Leo.
